2.
Policies
An
understanding of FERPA
and the
College of Pharmacy Honor Code is required for all TAs.
Please review these documents.
Please note: As you are working with student data, please remember
to keep all student IDs, grades, etc. confidential and
secured (e.g., not laying out on a desk!) In addition, there
has been an important change to the honor code this year. Students
will no longer be required to affirm the honor code on each assignment
and exam. Instead, they will affirm it once per term (organized
by the Honor Code Council). Instructors are asked to place a reminder
of the honor code on assignments and exams.
Printing
Policy:
COP policy is that
ALL REQUIRED articles and handouts be included in a reading packet
or distributed in class, not via WebCT. Any questions regarding
this policy should be directed to Associate Dean Hadsall.
3.
Vista Skills
Your
course director may ask that you help maintain the course WebCT
Vista site. To prepare you for this role, we have created a number
of short video clips demonstrating essential functions. Also,
we've created a "CheatSheet"
that lists steps for common tasks.
4. Verification of Completion Form
Please complete
this form to let us know that you have finished the required
TA training.
